Sundar C's film 'Rendu' starring Madhavan and Reema in the lead was complete fiasco at the box-office putting slender string in Madhavan's film graph. His much awaited film 'Arya' will hit the screens by mid of March and carrying one flop on his shoulders will not bother his film career indeed.
Actor has learnt his lessons right and is also careful about choosing his scripts. Currently he has commited for playing a prominent role opposite new find Rukmani in the film 'Oru Naal Podhuma' to be directed by Prathap Pothen and the film's music score will be composed by Bollywood's most sought after Trio Shankar-Ehsaaan-Loy.
Trisha was zeroed in earlier to star opposite Madhavan. But due to some date clashes she could not make it. Rukmani has bagged the role to feature opposite Madhavan. The shooting of the movie will start rolling by mid of April.
